This Privacy Policy governs your use of SwiftCheq (swiftcheq.in), a self-serve background verification platform operated by SwiftCheq, powered by cFIRST (cFIRST Background Checks LLP). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site you agree to the terms below — please read them carefully before proceeding.
This page states the terms under which you may use swiftcheq.in (the “Site”), an online service of SwiftCheq, powered by cFIRST (the “Company”), to conduct background verification checks on individuals for the purpose of ascertaining their suitability for employment, verifying antecedents of persons for the purpose of employment, and other situations (the “Purpose”). The Company undertakes such verification based on the request of clients, or on behalf of individuals.
The Company provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. When you use any SwiftCheq service (e.g., a verification request), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service. The Company reserves the right to change this Site and these terms at any time, and retains the right to deny access to anyone who has violated these Terms of Use.
Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use swiftcheq.in in any manner. By visiting the Site or accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to use the Site and to abide by these Terms of Use. You also represent that you will use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Rules of Conduct on the Site
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such rights. The Company may review, edit, reject, refuse to post, or delete any content that in its sole judgment violates these Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of another person.
You must use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Illegal or unauthorized uses — including collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited email, unauthorized framing or linking, intercepting the data stream, or attempting to gain unauthorized access — are not permitted.
You understand that the Company has the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or valid governmental request, including in connection with the investigation of alleged illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order. The Company may disclose information about you to law enforcement or other government officials where it believes, in its sole discretion, this is necessary or appropriate.
On non-conformance by users with any of the aforesaid terms, the Company may in its sole discretion restrict or terminate the offending user's ability to access the Site and determine whether to take any other action, including removing the relevant content.
3. Links
The Site may contain links to other websites, or you may be linked through other websites or social media sites ("Linked Sites"). Linked Sites are for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content of the Linked Sites and do not in any way endorse them.
4. Privacy
Use of the Site is governed by this Privacy Policy, which contains important terms, conditions, and declarations relating to any information, including sensitive personal data or information. We encourage you to read and review these terms closely. SwiftCheq operates on cFIRST's accredited, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019-certified infrastructure and is GDPR- and DPDP-ready; candidate consent is captured for every check.
5. Liability of the Company
The Company provides background verification services to employers, and in other situations where individuals may seek verification of background information about other persons, based on information made available to the Company during the course of such verification. Since the Company is not the source of the data gathered and the findings are based on the information made available to it, it will not be able to verify or ratify such findings. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates aside from providing background verification services.
Because user authentication on the internet is difficult, the Company cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or connected with such disputes. The Site and its content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, and the Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Site or its content. Use of the Site and content is at your own risk.
6. Your Account
You may need to register an account with SwiftCheq to use the services, including access to the background check platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your computer. If there has been unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify us immediately. You are responsible for providing and maintaining current, complete, accurate, and truthful information on your account, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
7. Intellectual Property and Limited License
All intellectual property rights in connection with the Site and services are owned by SwiftCheq, powered by cFIRST, absolutely and in their entirety. These rights include database rights, patents, copyrights, trademarks (registered or unregistered), trade dress, trade secrets, design rights, know-how, moral rights, and all similar rights, including the SwiftCheq and cFIRST names, logos, designs, domain names, graphics, icons, scripts, service marks, images, software, and data compilations (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights").
All such Intellectual Property Rights remain the exclusive property of the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and licensors, and are protected by Indian and international laws. Except as explicitly provided herein or required by law, nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the Intellectual Property Rights, and neither the services nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, modified, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a worldwide, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Violation of any provision of this license may result in its immediate termination at the Company's sole discretion.
8. Copyright Infringement Notices
We respect the intellectual property of others and require that customers and users of the Site do the same. If you believe that copyrighted materials have been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please email our designated agent at hello@swiftcheq.in with:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed;
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site;
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
This Site, and all materials, products, and services made available to you through it, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied, except as may be otherwise specified in writing. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
The Company does not warrant that the Site, its content, its servers, or electronic communications sent from SwiftCheq are free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall the Company, its service providers, or any third parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.

11. Cancellation & Refund
Prepaid wallet credit that is unused is refundable on request. Fees collected for services already provided are non-refundable. To raise a refund or cancellation request, email hello@swiftcheq.in. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this policy; by placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read and accept the terms herein.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms of Use remain in full force and effect while you are a user of SwiftCheq at any level. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including deletion of any content and immediate termination of any registration or ability to access the Site, upon any breach by you of these Terms of Use or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit.
